Kathy Rooker is the safety officer and owner of Columbus Healthcare & Safety Consultants, Kathy has more than 35 years experience working in the healthcare field, practice management, OSHA and CLIA compliance.  Kathy currently provides OSHA and CLIA consulting and inspections for physician practices and conducts OSHA annual training seminars in and around Central Ohio. She writes a weekly blog for for HC Pro, "Notes from the Field" posts, she shares real life OSHA compliance issues and offers solutions to these sometimes complicated situations.

Chief Financial Officer/Vice President

Randy Berry, B.A., C.P.A., is the company's financial leader and our Red Flag Compliance expert for Columbus Healthcare & Safety Consultants. Randy had over 20 years experience in accounting , finance, business development, strategetic planning, internal controls, and leadership in wide variety of industries including: health care, insurance, manufacturing and telcom. Previously, Randy was the Chief Adminstative Officer for Chicago Title Insurance's Ohio operations.
